DAISY SPEAKING

Warm up:  Songs (Are you sleeping)(happy and you know it)(head and shoulders knees and toes)

Activité(s) pour s’approprier le vocabulaire :

1. Presentation: Play the dialogue as usual and show the corresponding pictures

2. Vocabulay:  a toy train, an engine, a track, a carriage, cake, train, table, eight

3. Language aquired: nice, to whisle, to play, to put on, now

Activité(s) pour s’approprier la structure :

1. Repetition: Play on the second part of the unit and work the individual and collective repetition phrases as usual

2.  Explanation: It’s nice one, the admiring intonation and mime should be exagerated.  All the objects such as engine, carriages, track can be shown on the picture.

3. Memorisation:  Find the sentences.  Rehearse the dialogues until the children know it off by heart.

1. Presentation:  Play the dialogue all the way through.  First part of the unit is at normal speed without spaces for repetition

2. Vocabulary: a garden, a bath, a car, a sc

3. Explanation: Go back to the beginning and play it through again, this time stop after each sentence to explain and demonstrate.  Make sure the children point the relevant part of the picture
