sweat circus

1.       Warm up : Christmas songs (WE WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS)

2.       Show different kind of transport, taxi, car, boat, motorbike, etc.  Then propose to travel to Sweet circus by motorbike then play the CD with the noise of motorbike and ask the kids to put their helmet and say goodbye to france.

Warm up : Review of Unit No 8 This is Mr Clark

Activité(s) pour s’approprier le vocabulaire :

1. Presentation:  Play the dialogue all the way through.  First part of the unit is at normal speed without spaces for repetition

2. Vocabulary: Green, Three, leaf, tree, table, dining room

 3.Explanation: Go back to the beginning and play it through again, this time stop after each sentence to explain and demonstrate.  Make sure the children point the relevant part of the picture

1. Grammar structure:  you ar/ are you, I’m/ I’m not, where are you?

2. Repetitionon: Play on the second part of the unit and work on the collective and individual repetition phases as usual make it into a game

3. Memorisation: Rehearse the dialogue until the children know it off by heart.  Find the sentence from the picture.

Activité(s) pour le plaisir :

1.  GAME  Where is it? One of the chidren leaves the room and is blindfolded, while he is out an object possibly a pencil is place in a position that the child is capable of naming.  On the table, in the table, next to, in front of etc

Warm up:  Activity review on Unit 7 The puppies walk (dirty, after to rain, to eat, to run, stone, snow, boat, toe)

Song:  Christmas song (We wish you a merry Christmas and I want to wish you a merry Christmas.

1. Presentation: Play the dialogue as usual and show the corresponding pictures

2. Vocabulay:  wrong, right, eyes, five, island, fly

3. Language aquired: to choose, to go, to start, to come, to come back, long, short, hair, again, all right, then

1. Repetition: Play on the second part of the unit and work the individual and collective repetition phrases as usual

2.  Explanation: The children can choose different members of the group saying lets choose.  Offer sweets and ask they what colour they want to choose.  Peter chose yellow sweets

3. Memorisation:  Find the sentences.  Rehearse the dialogues until the children know it off by heart.

GAME:  Who is it? One child must go outside, the other kids must choose one child discretely.  They must say come back, let’s choose Eloise, Has she/he got glasses? Long hair? Short hair? Is it a girl or a boy? Answer must be “yes he/she is or no, he/she isn’t
